Whether you call them Yo-Yo biscuits or Melting Moments it doesn’t matter. I love this recipe, it is quite simple and easy to prepare. This recipe would be great for getting the kids involved in baking. A very elegant alternative to offer for afternoon tea or when friends pop in. Enjoy!
